The idea behind this web page is to develop a list of CARC members willing to "elmer" or help other members wanting either information or help with various amateur radio activities.    Jeff is an Extra class amateur and has been licensed since 1968. Jeff has volunteered to help new hams with wire antennas, soldering connectors, a variety of modes, understanding all those controls on the new transceivers and SDR (soft ware defined radio).
